Homeopathic Medicine
Disease occurs when we are out of balance. I listen and observe carefully, to support back into balance through deep understanding of what your body is expressing. Symptoms are simply gifts from the body calling us back to alignment. Homeopathy works with your body's natural vitality. It doesn't suppress or 'quick fix' symptoms. It gets to the root cause and strengthens your constitution, so your immune system can do its job. As with all of my offerings, homeopathic consultation can be in person or online.
Resonance Reweaving
Resonance Reweaving is a somatic and vibrational healing method for those who feel fragmented, unseen, or disoriented by relational rupture, inherited emotional patterns, or internalised disconnection. Do you ever feel a persistent sense that something is "off" in your body or your emotion? Or are you emerging from difficult times or relationships, and now seek peace and clarity? This gentle method is perfect for you. Amazingly, somatic healing is just as effective online as in person, so can be offered both locally and at distance.
Bespoke Aromatherapy Perfume
Perfume is not just for 'show'. It's healing application dates back many civilisations. In Paris, as recent as the 19th Century, our great grandmothers would consult with their perfumer. He would make, exclusively for them, a perfume so bespoke and so secret, that it remained a part of their personality, as well as their healing.
I create bespoke healing perfumes, as well as natural perfume workshops for 8-24 people. Perfect for friends, local groups and organisations, mother and baby circles and relaxing hen day celebrations.
ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Rachel. I am a mother, grandmother, homeopath and somatic healer, and a bespoke natural perfume blender. I am also the founder and creator of an organic skincare brand Charlton Botanicals.
I ‘discovered’ homeopathy’s amazing capacity to bring us back into alignment in the ‘healing crisis’ that descended upon me with the birthing of our daughter 30 years ago. I went into PTSD after the birth, although it wasn’t recognised as such by doctors, who said I was in ‘post-natal depression’. I would have flashbacks, found myself inexplicably crying for hours every day, and was in a permanent hyper vigilant state. Eventually, we stumbled across a homeopath who listened and acknowledged, ‘You’re not back from the birth yet.’ Three sessions and five months later I was finally enjoying motherhood. I was writing articles for a women’s magazine, and feeling empowered by being able to treat our daughter’s childhood ailments: coughs, colds, fevers, chicken pox, even clinginess and tantrums. Most interesting of all, sometimes I would take a remedy myself, and my daughters attitude and behaviour would change! Who knew that she was acting out my unconscious feelings?

CONSULTATIONS & FEES
I see clients online, internationally, as well as in person in West Sussex, at Da Vede in Chichester, and at my home clinic in Charlton village. Initial and Follow-Up Consultations include your prescription in the fee, unless I state otherwise. From time to time, a special remedy is required which I will need a special order, and this will be charged at cost. I will always communicate this with you in advance. ​

After your consultation, I give you or send you your remedy, with full instructions on how and when to take it.
I then advise that you come back and see me around 4-6 weeks later, for a follow up consultation.​​​
